Please try to make it to class 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have the full class to work on your rug.
Any student more than 25 minutes late will no longer be able to attend the class as you will not have time to do the class portion and complete your rug during the allowed time we have in the space.
Tickets to TheTuftestClassInTown are non refundable w/out 48 hour notice prior to class.
If you have to miss your class a 75% refund is available within a week prior to class.
Rescheduling ticket(s) has a fee of $30 without proper notice.
If you miss your class without notice or contact there is NO REFUND
How Do I Take Care Of My Rug?
All rugs are hand crafted and secured with felt backing
- Vacuum gently preferably with attachment.
- Gentle spot treatment with mild detergent if needed.
- Keep in low traffic area.
- Avoid pet claws, sharp objects, etc.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Rug
Once order your rug typical turn around is 3 - 6 weeks for shipment but times may be delayed due to current orders.
Once your order is shipped you will be updated with Tracking & expected delivery date.
How Much Does A Custom Rug Cost?
Custom rug commissions begin at $150 plus shipping.
I currently do not offer custom orders smaller that 15"
There are not set prices for sizes. Your price is based on the size, colors and details of your design collectively.
